Pushpendra Kumar Kashyap, now an Assistant Teacher at Government Primary School, Sakreli Ba-Sakti, stands as a beacon of success in the field of education. His journey commenced in 2007 when he secured a position as an assistant teacher in Gatwa Primary School. What began as a job evolved into a dream, a dream that Kashyap pursued with unwavering determination.

Transferring to Sakreli Ba Primary School in 2009, Pushpendra faced new challenges arising from high enrollment and a shortage of teachers. Undeterred, he became a trailblazer in education, implementing innovative methods such as incorporating sports and exercise to enhance the quality of education. Even during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pushpendra pioneered online education initiatives with help of technologies such as "Miss Call Guruji" and "Hamara Para Toli Yojana", this earned him the prestigious "State Teacher Award" from the Chhattisgarh Education Department in 2022.

Pushpendra's impact extended beyond the classroom with his ingenious "Soap Bank" initiative. Recognizing the importance of hand hygiene, he rallied the community to stock up on soap and hand sanitizer, creating a system where individuals could donate these items on special occasions. Through awareness rallies and community engagement, he successfully established a functioning Soap Bank, promoting not only cleanliness but also community involvement.
